The demented man apprehended was well known by many for his condition, but unknown to them that his dementia is sentient to technology.
The distinguished madman was spotted on his usual place as people goes about their usual activities. Astonishingly, his phone rang which attracted attentions of passerby causing pandemonium, for they couldn't wrap their minds as to why he needed a phone - blackberry precisely!
Acting on impulses, they search him and discovered more than they possibly imagined. They found on him stuffs like: human tongue, cutlass and an axel!
Reports had it that the police intervened early enough and whisked him away to avert jungle justice.
His motives are yet to be ascertained.
