Chris Brown is partially out of jail.
He had spent 108 days from the original 131 day sentence for violating the probation in the Rihana's case.
However, he is yet to be completely off the court hook as his D.C trial is to commence in the next couple of months for alleged assault on one Adams Paker, alongside his bodyguards.
