Its remain a mystery to unravel as to how a 3-year-old could experience puberty at this stage of her life. However, there's yet to be any logical medical diagnostic report to support any possibility of the occurrence. Average puberty in girls is between the ages of 8 and 13. At age 3 - its unthinkable!
