MADAM SET HOUSE MAID ABLAZE FOR ALLEGEDLY STEALING MEAT

LAGOS - Policemen at the Bode Thomas Divisional State Command , has made arrest on one Mrs Nkese Iroakazi, who allegedly set her 11-year-old house maid ablaze in surulere area of Lagos state,  over the premonition of stealing a piece of meat from her madam's pot of  soup.

The casualty identified as Ita Bassey Eno, who narrowly escaped death by the whiskers, is still wrestling to make it to her feet at the Burn and Trauma Center of the Gbagada General Hospital.

According to reports, this preposterous incident played out at; number 7, Adeniran Ogunsanya Street, after the  victim ran out of the house ablaze perhaps, to dive into the nearest conduit possible. Haplessly, her effort was faulted when she fell before she could get to any. 

According to eye witnesses, the fire was put out by the aid of an extinguisher. Efforts to rush her to the hospital was fastidiously done because her mutilated body was beginning fall off. However, a slab was later designed which aided the conveyance. 

The victim has barely spent a month in Lagos before the melancholic incidence embraces her. It beat me how a fellow mother will rain such an anguish to another woman's child, regardless what she has done! Why not quietly return her to her parents or relations?

The doctor disclosed that her survival will be a miracle, for she suffered 95% burn, which consequently has affected her private parts. Currently, her private part are being held in place by diapers. Thus, surgical operation will be needed.
